Another incredibly positive statistic for Clyde Property is when looking at the wider Perthshire area. Opening the specified area to take in the locations covering PH1, PH2, PH3, PH4, PH5, PH6, PH7 and the PH8 postcodes (this includes, Perth, Bridge of Earn, Scone, Auchterarder, Dunning, Crieff, Comrie, Bridge of Earn, Bankfoot, Luncarty, Methven, Stanley and many more) Clyde have sold 182 properties from 348 available for sale.
Our nearest competitor have sold only slightly more than us with a total of 206 sales from a fairly significant stock level of 477 across the same postcodes. Simply put, we have sold just 24 fewer properties than them with 126 fewer properties available for sale during that period which I believe shows how effective our approach is proving to be.
So in summary, the independent Rightmove reports look very positive for Clyde?
Absolutely. In our core areas of PH1 and PH2, we are top for new listings, top for sales agreed but not top in terms of the highest level of properties on the market for sale.
